250i Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the 250i platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 250i platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 250i platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the individual user and 250i as the platform operator. Continued use after any amendments indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be 18 years or older to register and use 250i services. The platform is specifically intended for users in Malaysia. Access from outside Malaysia is at the user’s own risk and may be subject to local legal restrictions.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one active account on the 250i platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual—using different names, emails, or payment details—is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. The full registered name must match your bank account name to facilitate verification and withdrawals. 250i reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify the information provided.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and account password. Do not share your login details with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 250i immediately through the provided support channels. 250i is not liable for any losses caused by your failure to secure your account.

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 250i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via FPX and local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. 250i reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made into a 250i account are for playing purposes only. Withdrawals can be requested once minimum requirements are met. Withdrawals will be processed to Malaysian bank accounts under the same name as the registered 250i profile. Any withdrawal requests with beneficiary names that do not match the registered profile will be held until identity verification is completed.
250i reserves the right to withhold or reject transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or violations of platform policies. If your account is suspended due to investigation, any legitimate balance will be refunded upon completion, subject to 250i management’s decision.
User Responsibility in Transactions
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank details provided are accurate and up to date. 250i is not accountable for delays or failed transfers caused by incorrect bank information submitted by users. Any fees charged by the receiving bank are the user’s responsibility.
Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 250i platform only for legitimate entertainment and recreational purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using bots, automated software, scripts or any unauthorized methods to play or access the platform
- Collaborating with other users to manipulate games or betting outcomes
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Registering accounts using another person’s identity or false information
- Attempting to interfere with, damage, or access platform systems without authorization
- Abusing bonus offers or promotions through multiple account registrations or evading conditions
250i reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate actions including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
250i is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of money, data, service interruptions, or device damage. The platform is provided “as is” and 250i makes no guarantees regarding its stability, accuracy, or continuous availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 250i platform—including logos, designs, graphics, text, game software, and platform code—is the exclusive property of 250i or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission from 250i.
Third-Party Links
The 250i platform may contain links or references to third-party services for user convenience. 250i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at the user’s own risk.
Account Policy, Term Amendments & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
250i reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time if there is evidence or suspicion of breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, or at the request of authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not entitled to recover any remaining account balance. Users may also close their own accounts by contacting 250i support directly.
Terms Amendments
250i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to using the 250i platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court jurisdiction.
